As an Analyst at Bravo’s head office, I worked in close partnership with McKinsey & Company for three years to track sales trends, improve performance, and deliver strategic analysis reports directly to the CEO. Our collaboration led to measurable improvements over the past two years, including increased sales, better budget control, more efficient discount strategies, a growing customer base, and a higher average basket size. Throughout the project, I successfully adapted to working with various McKinsey consultants who rotated every 3 to 6 months, consistently building strong relationships and high-performing teams to drive impactful results.
Big Lottery Campaigns
During my time at Bravo, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale promotional lottery campaigns in collaboration with major companies such as Azersun Holding ,Veyseloglu Group of Companies and etc. These campaigns were designed to drive sales growth and attract new customers, with high-value prizes (such as cars, apartments and etc.)
My responsibilities included selecting featured products for the campaigns, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring sales performance, and conducting overall analysis of the lottery outcomes. I worked closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand objectives. Additionally, I managed the survey team to gather customer feedback and measure the effectiveness of each campaign, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
