As the Head of Design Department at PortBIM, I lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and BIM modelers in delivering high-performance MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems tailored to both US and European standards, including IEC, NEC, BS, and IEE regulations.
With over a decade of experience — including 5+ years in design, 4 years in construction-phase , 2 years in industrial system projects, and 1 year supporting facility management — I bring a 360-degree perspective on building lifecycle delivery. I have overseen the successful completion of 60+ projects across hotels, hospitals, data centers, industrial plants, educational campuses, and commercial buildings.
My core strength lies in managing the entire project workflow — from concept development and detailed design to site supervision, commissioning support, and post-handover integration with O&M teams. I actively collaborate with architects, mechanical and plumbing teams, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy, code compliance, and construction feasibility.
Technically, I bring hands-on proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, ETAP, and DIALux, and specialize in integrating low-voltage, medium voltage , automation systems into facility-wide electrical designs. With dual Master’s degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Power Engineering, I combine deep technical capability with practical, field-based insight to deliver functional, scalable, and sustainable MEP systems.
