Manage 5 employee schedules, maintain time off request, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments in person, by phone and email request, create annual template for clinical therapist, set up interpretation/manage confirmation, hold monthly staff meetings, obtain consents forms and update information as needed, check in/out patients in person and email request, process internal and external referrals, submit for prior authorization as needed, take payments, subject matter expert and resource to clinical leads, process payments, assist with interpretation in person, train new staff members on company procedures and practices enabling their smooth integration into the workplace environment.
