Crew coordination: assigns daily tasks to each worker based on project priorities and individual skills.

Carpenters where direct to maintain jobsite cleanliness and construct or destruct walkway paths/bridges to accommodate safety Regulation throughout jobsite.

Forklift Operators where assigned to assist with exterior trash dumpsters ,and loading and offloading materials when arrive to jobsite.

Water Truck Driver operates heavy tanker trucks to transport and spray water for dust control and soil compaction to maintain compliance with DOT jobsite regulations.

Site Planning & Mobilization: Go over jobsite layout for entrances, exits, employee parking and laydown area for trades.

Mange pedestrian boundaries and walkways to assure no danger to workforce .

Manage onsite porto-jonhs maintenance on weekly basis.

Coordinate with waste-managment on daily 40 yard trash,metal and wood swap outs.

Safety & Compliance: ensure all logistics activities follow safety regulation, including creating site-specific safety manuel and emergency evacuation/Muster Points.
