Most recently, I held the job title of Area Sales Manager. With my extensive sales and contractual expertise, I developed a number of skills that are pertinent to the Contract Specialist role, such as contract analysis, data analysis and team supervision. As Area Sales Manager, I was in charge of managing sales contracts; I continually evaluated contracts for customer profiles, expiration dates and recurring purchases. I became adept at analyzing data to determine any discrepancies; this data analysis skill will be an asset when performing contract reviews in my new role. Beyond this, I possess certain strengths that will contribute to this role. My leadership skills will help when it comes to coaching colleagues and I have strong communication abilities that will assist with leading any related meetings. Additionally, my excellent time-management will come in handy when coordinating projects and ensuring they meet deadlines.
