• Check contractor work against project procedures and approved drawings.

• Control MEs project documentation and track all updates.
• Implement site works in line with standards and client drawings.
• Control construction documentation for accurate issue and filing.
• Manage site progress to keep each workstream aligned with plan table.
• Prepare daily progress reports for client distribution.
• Communicate with client representatives at architects, engineers, and surveyors level.
• Prepare labour staff for daily construction tasks.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks to brief safety and methods.
• Oversee quality control and HSE issues across site operations.
• Attend HSE walkdowns with client representatives.
• Attend client HSE team meetings and record actions.
• Coordinate works with construction QA/QC and HSE teams.

• Managing the Erection of Steel Structures and Equipment according to approved Method of Statement and Job Safety Analysis with Project Specifications and Standards.
• Following all steps of approved ITP (handover, erection, alignment, bolt tightening, preservation and release for other disciplines) and coordinating the inspection with QC Department.
• Interfacing with Discipline Lead and peers for resolving issues, sharing information and progress.
• Attending daily toolbox meeting and ensuring that the mechanical manpower are proper working according to Quality and HSE rules.
• Prepare Daily Reports, TQ, Extra work time sheets, Weekly Progress Reports and other documentation.
• Follow the delivery and inspection status of project materials in storage area and organize transportation of materials in accordance with site schedule.
• Participation in HSE, Management and Client weekly meetings.

• Managing Steel Structure and Equipment erection at side.
• Controlling all steps of erection, alignment, bolt tightening, preservation and handover to other groups.
• Communicate with other groups about handover and work front.
• Coordination of works with QC/QA and HSE teams.
• Managing manpower and machinery at side.
• Communication with Client representatives (Architects, Engineers and Surveyors).
• Prepare Daily Reports, TQ, Extra work time sheets, Weekly Progress Reports and other documentation.
• Follow the delivery and inspection status of project materials in storage area and organize transportation of materials in accordance with site schedule.
• Prepare Permit to Works in client SAP system.
• Participation in HSE, Management and Client meeting.

• Managing Site Construction Team.

• Participation in meetings with Client’s HSE team.
• Coordination of works with Construction, QA/QC and HSE teams.

• Control of all documentation related to Steel Structural works.
• Managing Site Construction Team.
• Implementation of the Technical Site Instructions (TSI) approved by Client in accordance with standards and also added drawings; preparation of As Build Drawings when required.
• Preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) related to errors or modifications in drawings.
• Preparation of extra-work timesheets related to TSI’s and TQ’s, preparation and delivery of Materials List to Technical Office.
• Coordination of works with Construction, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Preparation and update of Daily Permits to Work.
• Ensure correct preventive actions and risks assessed in opened Permits to Work and Toolbox Talk performed with Manpower.
• Communication with Client representatives (Architects, Engineers and Surveyors), including regular progress meetings.
• Preparation of labor staff for daily construction works.
• Coordinating delivery of Steel Structure from Warehouse to Work Area.
• Receiving of Punch List Tasks from Contractor (Technip FMC) and closing Punch List as per standards and procedures.
• Participation in Daily Toolbox’s HSE Walkdowns with Client.
• Oversee QC and HSE issues on Site.

• Labor staff preparation for daily construction works.
• Receiving of Punch Lists Tasks from Client (KT) and closing punch list as per standards and procedures.
• Controlling of manpower movement in Site.
• To ensure the sale of the fully finished construction to the Client.
• Preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) related to errors or modifications in drawings.
• Preparation of extra-work timesheets related to TQ’s.
• Participation in HSE Walkdowns with Client.
• Preparation and update of Daily Permits to Work.
• Ensure correct preventive actions and risks assessed in opened Permits to Work and Toolbox Talk performed with Manpower.
• Coordination of delivery of Steel Structure from Warehouse to Work Area.
• Preparation of daily Toolbox, presenting it to employees.
• Coordination of Crane operations.
