Responsibilities
• Receipt of Manufactured systems and tracking to Quality Analysis completion
• Quality Analysis testing and feedback including tracking & recording of data
• Completion of final setup steps for unit deployment to field such as the following: connection of links such as Starlink kits and setting up cameras
• Order and preparation of install kit and confirm readiness for delivery to field
• Final signage to indicate unit status and destination
• Identify problem equipment or spacing issues as determined by QA testing
• Lead identification of improved equipment, with support of larger innovation team
• Test equipment for target performance under direction of innovation team
• Work with manufacturing on equipment needs and improvements
•Update P&ID’s, process flow diagrams, etc as necessary to progress innovation
• Maintain QA/QC newly manufactured units tracking and reporting system
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
• Possess knowledge of equipment, plumbing and process flow systems.
• Innovative and able to solve non-conventional problems using engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to support design of and configuration of plumbing and instrumentation systems.
• Develop and evaluate testing protocols and methods to validate manufactured units, new equipment configurations, etc.
• Proficient with tools, hands on work, plumbing and related activities
• Experience working with multiple kinds of pumps, valves, tubing, and related technical equipment
• Able to read, interpret, and create technical and operational manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and vendors.
• Capacity to study and comprehend new and emerging technologies, operate electronic diagnostic and calibration equipment, and operate basic hand tools and test instruments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other softwares.
• Inductive automation vision server; adding opc clients, troubleshooting opc hub and spoke connections.
• Phoenix contact PLCnext Engineer; firmware configuration, ip addressing, program loading.
• Trouble shooting low voltage (600v and under0 and instrumentation and controls systems; 24VDC digital I/O, 4-20mm circuits, single phase 480V, 240V and 120V.
• Factory acceptance testing; SOP writing, P&ID reading, schematics reading, tested complex process systems and tested networks and firewalls.
• R&D testing; ran multiple, simultaneous tests to evaluate equipment and processes.
• Pre-configured and tested Reolink surveillance cameras in a warehouse environment for field deployment, ensuring plug-and-play readiness and reliable remote connectivity for field operators.
Responsibilities
• Help to handle basic electrical tasks, including assembling and installing outlets, light fixtures and simple circuit runs.
• Perform plumbing tasks using Schedule 80 PVC/CPVC and various tubing/hose material for installation and repairs. This includes connecting, assembling, cutting, glueing and securing piping for various applications.
• Aid special projects as needed.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
