As a detailer / Junior Construction Manager, my role at Capstone was to oversee the building of production homes. In this process, I used our scheduling system to ensure that all work is being done on time and is clean. This job requires me to be knowledgeable of all trade work being done on our homes and also have great customer service skills, as I also deal with homeowners
