TAR 2016 Area Authority on East Azeri Platform Effective team leader with 5 years people management & leadership experience. Stand in Maintenance Team Leader one year, 2 years Maintenance Team Leader on Central Azeri Platform and two years on position of MTL on West Azeri Platform. Has practical experience with people management, development and My Plan conversation Extensive knowledge of the work management process, validation and prioritization of the work. Since January 2021moved to the Regional Maintenance Squad Lead role. At this role was responsible for campaigns delivery control, budget allocation, spend and monitoring for cost efficiency. Since 22 Jan 2022 moved to Azeri Central East Project as Maintenance Team Leader. Responsible: for allocated people management and project commissioning support delivery. Project was successfully delivered and ACE platform sailed away in 2023. Since 2023 up to now ACE platform Maintenance Team leader with commissioning and Project handover acceptance experience. Strong people management experience within many years. Currently have 13 direct reports and 13 indirect, combined Team with locals and expats.
