• Administrative Support.
• Invoice Verification.
• Visa/Migration Support.
• Travel Support.
PROCUREMENT:
• Prepare sales and purchase contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal/external business partners/vendors.
• Review and update existing contracts.
• KYC reports.
HSE:
• Weekly Incident Commander Reports.
• Ensure Incidents are recorded.
• Enforce company policy and procedure.
• Monthly HSE reports.
• Safety inspection.
• Regular reporting to Head Quarter in emergency situations.
LOGISTIC:
• Coordinate and monitor operations of the supply chain.
• Supervise and organize orders of equipment.
• Resolve shipment and inventory issues.
• Track final product shipments and timelines. according to requirements.
• Organize transportation activities, including .storage of goods.
• Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Liaising with suppliers.
