Let's start from 2015,
I have joined Abu Dhabi Quality and conformity council(Central Testing Laboratory) back on 10 may, 2015, i was first deputed in Environment lab where i have managed to produce and validate 16 SOP's related to wet chemistry testing such as pH, Dissolved oxygen, salinity, TDS, conductivity using Metier Toledo meter, Nitrate in sea water, Nitrite in sea water, etc by using Spectrophotometer (HACH DR 6000), along with 3 sops' related to organics in sea water and sediments such as Oil and grease, Total petroleum hydrocarbons (sum of 20 using GC-FID), Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's by using GC-MS), Developed and validated elemental method including iron,copper,chromium lead etc by using ICPMS technique.
Then in 2019 i have been transferred to pharmaceutical and medical devices lab, there i have started with development and validation of USP method for API called (Rosuvastatin), continues in development of API (Clopedogril) using HPLC,Dissolution apparatus, in organic side of lab i was actively involved in development and validation for Volatile impurities (developed to check impurities in sanitizers available in market DURIND COVID-19 using GC-FID Headspace), Actively involve in Validation for the method developed for Aflatoxins M1 in milk using LCMSMS, Actively involve in validation of method developed for hormones in food such as chicken, milk etc, was actively involve in post market survillience for different pharmaceutical products.
