• Provides expert, day-to-day guidance, consultation, and leadership to an assigned team of critical care nursing and related support staff
• Leads, guides, and trains employees performing related work
• Oversees and provides direct nursing evaluation and/or other related care and consultation to patients as required
• 40 hours per week

• Oversees Leadership for ICU, Float pool, House Supervisors, Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, and Integrated Surgical Services

• This includes mechanical ventilation, central lines, vasopressors, critical care medications and monitoring
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Company Overview: In charge of staffing and all house coordination after hours
• Reports directly to the Associate director of Patient Care
• Supervision includes multiple clinics, 24 hour emergency room, 14 bed ICU and Step-down unit, 36 bed telemetry and medical surgical unit, 42 bed mental health inpatient unit, 40 + bed spinal cord unit, nursing home, and domiciliary
• Reports all events and reportable compliance measures to the Director of patient care services daily
• In addition to overall staffing and supervision, nursing supervisors work directly in patient care in the ICU and ED when more than 1 is on staff
• In charge of staffing and all house coordination after hours
• 40 Hours a week

Clinical instructor at multiple local hospitals in Medical Surgical Units, Intensive Care Units, and OB.

Hands on clinical instruction for student nurses as well as simulation and classroom instruction.
