• Formulate and introduce functional policies, procedures, and frameworks for Human Capital (HC) operations, recruitment, talent management and rewards.
• Direct the enforcement of instructions and controls within a specific HC & CS domain to meet procedural and legislative prerequisites while delivering a cost-efficient and high-quality service.
• Enforce consistent HC practice and policy standards throughout Mubadala Energy's global operations.
• Establish, manage, and monitor an effective performance management system to motivate and retain key talent on a global scale.
• Strategically supervise pay practices during recruitment and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with overarching pay philosophies.
• Partner with internal departments (communications, MIC HC, etc.) to craft an appealing Mubadala Energy employer brand & select appropriate communication channels to attract and retain crucial talent.
•Identify potential new business regions and develop entry strategies. Provide guidance on local/international matters and ensure adequate HC support, possessing a deep understanding of the specific region.
• Devise and execute a succession planning and leadership development strategy.
• Oversee employee grievances throughout Mubadala Energy on a global scale.
• Oversee various Mubadala Energy corporate services functions, including Facilities Management, Real Estate and Property Management, Corporate Communications and Environmental Sustainability.
