I worked on the tension control system designed for winder-dissolver applications and conducted research to improve product quality and prevent fire accidents by delivering accurate and consistent product fluidity at every cycle using closed loop PID control.
By using a microprocessor to manage the mechanical tension of a material wound on a roll or reel, the material was insured to move smoothly in the machine and to be wound and unloaded accurately throughout processing. At the same time, I handled asynchronous motorized ventilation fans in rail system cars by employing an emergency inverter supplied by the battery group with 72-110VDC voltage after studying the operating concept of "Emergency Inverter" devices.

I prioritized learning Android Studio software, understanding new technologies, and detecting and repairing mobile application faults in firm projects fast and effectively. Several changes were made to current programs to improve speed and user experience.
