I assisted Dr. Moskovis with scheduling patients. I also did all of the billing and credit card payments. I made phone calls to patients as per Dr. Moskovis, and assisted in whatever she needed pertaining to her psychology practice.

I took between 45-60 phone calls per day from customers who needed help regarding their credit card. I took payments, gave credit line increases, and solved whatever issue they may be having with their credit card account. I opened accounts, closed accounts, added family members to accounts, and helped customers who were victims of fraud.

I transcribed dictation from doctors regarding patient medical history, diagnoses, labs, plan of action, medications, pathology reports, x-ray findings. I transcribed anywhere from 30-100 medical reports per day and worked for doctors from a wide range of specialties, such as family practice, endocrinology, pain medicine, orthopedics,, internal medicine, and pathology.
