A fast pace service environment catering to the locals, sports fans, families holding gatherings- offering concerts and live music, charity events, rotational specials and daily happy hours. At Harold's, there is something for everyone. With an extensive and inclusive menu, breakfast in the morning, dinner and dancing in the evening, people from all walks enjoy the atmosphere. At the core we provide speedy and friendly service. Harold's becomes home for a lot of people, and that has a lot to do with the service team that is truly like a family. We embody teamwork and are always helping each other succeed. Some daily duties always include sidework from the list such as stocking essentials in different sections/stations of the restaurant, maintaining a sanitary work station for soups, salads, and desserts. Everyone polishes and rolls silverware for their shift. As a server, it is my duty to greet and serve guests in a friendly and timely manner while delivering their food and drinks.

• As a sales associate at Enchanting Earth, I proudly sold the company's fine crystal jewelry in their newly founded Sedona Storefront, specializing in rare minerals and gemstones of high quality and ethical sourcing. We sold other metaphysical tools and creations from local artisans. My duties were to guide people along their shopping journey ensuring all of their questions and concerns were met with transparency and integrity, maintain a clean workspace, manage and create displays, pack and ship orders, tag and price inventory, along with social media marketing. I pride myself in exceptional customer service, focusing on building relationships and client education. This position paid hourly plus commission.

• Mobile bartending and weddings. Event based scheduling.

• A new tiki themed bar/restaurant that opened in March with craft cocktails serving tiki style food. Every Wednesday we hosted DJ trivia, drawing in big groups of all ages. It is a very family friendly and service oriented restaurant. I worked with a crew of 10. As I am serving, I would also prepare my alcoholic beverages, run my food and host.

• The White Tank Corral is an outdoor venue with live music every night, where I served food and drinks to the crowd. Exposed to the elements, I maintained a positive attitude and charismatic personality. In my designated section, I tend to my guests' needs whether it is food or drink, or general information about the venue and the bands that perform. This is a fast paced serving job in an outdoor bar-type setting.

• Serving and Bartending at Superstition downtown, an integral part of my job was to provide a unique experience to all guests. Offering tasting flights and food pairing options, chefs specials, and special events such as trivia and full moon meditations, each with special desserts in theme with the event, even themed flights and alcoholic concoctions to compliment. Superstition offered a mead and guild club membership which gave members exclusive access to new releases and discounts on merchandise, food and beverage. Most mornings/evenings I was the server, the bartender, and the host all in one. Responsible for opening and closing duties, both as a server and bartender as well as host. I have represented Superstition at several events such as Phoestivus, and a Benefit partnered with Fry’s Grocery Store. My time was cut short when the business closed with 6 days notice.

• As a medical assistant at Butterfly Holistic Center, I assisted in ketamine therapy sessions, aesthetic treatments such as PDO threads, Radiesse, PRP microneedling, Carboxy facial to name a few. I gained experience in Gainswave/Femiwave, venipuncture, and IV therapies. I administered vitamin injections, and did colon hydrotherapy sessions. A typical ketamine session looks like setting up the room with comfy blankets and pillows, smudging the room with sage or palo santo and copal patient coming in, checking in with their state of being for the day, taking vitals and administering anti-nausea medication and then checking in with the Dr. before the session starts, ensuring I created a ceremonial space for healing. I would create an enriching experience for after the session by providing art supplies and snacks while monitoring the patient for recovery. My front desk duties included answering phone calls, providing information for patients and potential clients about appointments and services we offer along with pricing, creating appointments, doing follow up calls, creating invoices and closing the invoice by taking payments, uploading documents and exam/session notes from paper to the electronic files. I would also lead a women's circle once every two weeks.

• As a facility agent, it was my honor and privilege to support healing within my community by providing plant based alternatives for pain relief from various ailments with mood stabilizing benefits. I provided a retail-like experience for consumer wellness. I worked the front door and register serving anywhere from 80-90 patients as an individual daily. This job required me to obtain a fingerprint clearance card which gave me key card access to the facility. This was a face paced work environment with lots of diversity.

• At this care facility, practices included Traditional Chinese Herbal medicine, including alternative therapies such as cold laser therapy, veterinary orthopedic manipulation, electroacupuncture/acupuncture, routine wellness, and end of life care. Care was given to creatures of all sizes, exotics included. Patient intake, vitals, fear free handling, fluids, surgical prep, scheduling, medication filling, and hospital sanitization were all a part of my duties. Working here influenced my studies in veterinary nutrition and vibrational healing modalities.
