-Supervise and coordinate daily back office operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care in a fast-paced aesthetic medical environment.
-Lead and train a team of medical assistants, and support staff in proper protocols, treatment room preparation, and patient interaction standards.
-Oversee inventory management, including ordering medical supplies, skincare products, and ensuring proper stock rotation and storage.
-Collaborate with front office team to coordinate patient scheduling, resolve service issues, and support seamless client experience.
