  • Records the receipt and registration of acts for the delivery of wells from the repair of wells, coming from the masters of well repair (major, underground) against a signature. This information is transmitted to the geological department on a daily basis.
  • Analyzes the errors detected in the course of rationing check and correctness of corrections in the time standards for the operations performed in the act of well workover.
  • Corrects work volumes for the delivered wells, controls the correctness of the work execution.
  • Provides approval and signing of acts of work performed on well repair by representatives of the Customer
  • Ensures interaction between all departments and services of the Customer, contractor and third party organizations involved in the well repair process.
  • Coordinates and regulates performance and quality of field geophysical and hydrodynamic surveys, perforating works on the wells being repaired, ensures performance of works in accordance with applicable HSE regulations.
  • Supervises the implementation of plans and compliance with well work technology. Timely informs the management of the shop in case of violation of technology or deviation from plans.
  • Supervises the quality of pressings, flushes, development, salt and acid treatments during well repairs.
  • Prepares monthly and annual reports on the volume of well repair work performed.
  • Analyzes reasons for underground and overhaul of wells, identifies multiple well repairs.
  • Develops a work plan for the current and overhaul of the well, while ensuring that all types of work performed, technical means of industrial safety, anti- fault and occupational safety, as well as other data provided in the regulatory documents.
  • Organizes and supervises the organization and safe conduct of works during well development and research, field geophysical and perforating works on wells.
  • Systematically collects information to evaluate the effectiveness of well workover operations.
  • Evaluates the quality of geophysical work and on the basis of their data promptly makes adjustments to the technological schemes of production.
  • Supervises well case management and is responsible for the state of documentation, prepares reports, technological reports.
  • Prepares monthly reports for all types of geophysical work for the current and overhaul of wells and provides to the geological department.
  • Performs timely preparation of the plan-schedule of movement of well repair crews for the month.
  • Participates in: HSE inspections in the current and overhaul shop; development of plans to improve and enhance working conditions, industrial and environmental safety in the shop; development of new and revision of existing instructions on equipment operation and safe work practices;
  • Performing work related to the elimination of the consequences of accidents, incidents, hydraulic fracturing, in meetings, meetings on the issues of production technology, industrial safety, health and safety, environmental protection and social and cultural life.
