• Interview consumers, relatives, and other involved persons to gather personal and social data relevant to assessing mental or emotional disorders.

• Act as a Department liaison to community agencies and other County Departments relevant to assigned programs. Conduct Utilization/Quality Improvement Activities in line with the Federal Title IX.
• Provided diagnosing and treating a variety of psychological illnesses and personality disorders, dual diagnosis, and maladaptive behaviors to clients and their families when needed.
• Provide consultation and advise other management and healthcare professionals on complex employee performance and behavioral concerns and sensitive issues such as psychological, physiological and sociological aspects of alcoholism and other addictions.

• Conducted Utilization/Quality Improvement Activities. Performed chart audits for county outpatient/detention programs as well as county contracted programs and providers.
• Provided Electronic Health Records training for both ELMR and Tech Care to county outpatient staff as well as detention staff, using Federal Title IX and Title 22, along with Riverside County documentation standards as the standard.

• Provided assessment and transitional aftercare for clients that were released from the Maricopa County Jail ALPHA program (drug treatment program for inmates). Provided group counseling using the MATRIX system.
