Responsibilities included providing care for medically fragile children in a home setting.

Aided client in bathing, grooming, and dressing tasks and recording vitals

Duties include assisting patients with their needs in their home environment. Job responsibilities included bathing, dressing, medication reminders and family and patient teaching. One on One

patient care provided. Also provided assistance at the home office with central

supplies,organizing charts, faxing doctors, assisting in H.R. and answering phones.

CNA experience focused on assisting patients with activities of daily living, including meals,

personal hygiene, and dress; serving as escort to/from activities and meals; completing range of

motion exercises with patients; assistance in behavioral observation of patients,including patients'

preferences, progress and/or protest; introducing patients to adaptive devices designed to offer

assistance in performing basic functions(i.e. dressing, transferring to a wheelchair, etc.); and other

duties as assigned. While working as a CNA I also helped cover other departments such as Social

Services, Activities, and Administration.

Staffing and Payroll Coordinator

Maintain and prioritize daily operations and projects for the long-term medical care facility,

including staffing, payroll, compliance, and vendor liability insurance tracking. Additional

administrative duties include the purchase of facility supplies and maintenance of stocking levels,

data entry, and service as backup receptionists, file organization, research and development.
