Customer service, combined with in-depth knowledge of our wines and spirits, helps customers find what they are looking for or introduces them to something they may not have known they wanted.
My IT responsibilities included assisting with non-working computers or phones, setting up audio and visual equipment for classrooms, and running wires through the store to connect various locations.
Interacted directly with customers and team members to maintain a high level of customer service, boosting customer service rating. I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing my expertise in wines and spirits to help customers find their desired selections, as well as introduce them to new options they may appreciate.
