- Served on a temporary detail x3 for 120 days as Chief of Plans and Operations GS-0301-13.
- Ensure service commitment to customer (GC, DGC, Directorate Directors and Hiring Managers) with pride and professionalism by providing advice, policy guidance, oversight, and/or administrative support on position management while serving as CPAC/CHRA/Union liaison for Garrison.
- Provide guidance on recruitment processes and procedures and coordinate closely with the servicing CPAC throughout the effective completion of recruitment and placement actions.
- Track hiring timelines from vacancy to EOD and all requests for personnel actions for garrison workforce.
- Provides garrison-wide program support and technical guidance for Civilian APF Personnel.
- Projects a positive and professional image of the USAG.
- Develops effective working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Uses automated personnel systems (DCPDS, FASCLASS, AutoNOA, CHRA, etc.).
- Provides technical guidance and advice on the implementation and use of such systems.
- Maintain customer resources on CIVPER SharePoint to serve as self-help tool box for program policies and procedures.
- Coordinates matters of command interest with servicing CPAC.
- Evaluates impact for Garrison Commander briefings to higher HQ on hard to fill areas, attrition, accessions, and all 80- and 110-day hiring models.
- Compiles and analyzes statistical data in response to command data calls or suspense actions on behalf of the garrison.
- Establishes and maintains databases, to include storing, maintaining, and displaying data for the purpose of providing personnel information to the CMD Group on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain CHRA system permissions and assist supervisors with CIVPER staff work, responding to customer questions accurately within 72 business hours.
- Serves as the Garrison Training Officer and advises Garrison managers in developing training plans for improving employee performance in technical, professional, managerial, administrative and other occupations.
- Plans and schedules approved training using a variety of resources.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training in meeting organizational needs.
- Reviews nomination for long-term training requests.
- Assists management in the development of training plans for interns, career ladder and developmental positions.
- Monitors the progress of candidates in managerial and leadership development programs and makes recommendations on courses of action so that participants may derive the most benefit possible from the developmental experience.
- Advises leadership on implementation/administration of workforce development programs such as Army Civilian Training, Education and Development System (ACTEDS) interns.
- Guides Garrison leadership and key managers in making the most effective decisions that support the IMCOM Strategic Plan, IMCOM Strategic Human Capital Plan (SHCP) and workforce management and development initiatives.
- Assisted in Developing and maintaining an engaged, cohesive, effective, adaptive and customer-focused workforce committed to professional development, progress and sustainability.
- Ensures employment initiatives, policies, programs, training, leader development and other related service opportunities are offered by USAG.
- Proficient in-Service Culture Campaign (SCC), Sponsorship/On-boarding Program, Leader-Workforce Engagement Services, Communication, Sense of Belonging (Branding), Training, and Employee Recognition Programs.
- Fosters high ethical standards in meeting the organization's vision, mission and goals.
- Actively promote a high-quality customer service orientation and teamwork within the Directorate and USAG.
- Ensures that professional development opportunities are sought that produce core leader competencies, have a return on investment for the organization, and increase capabilities.

- Support Garrison Commander, all customers and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner with and respond to correspondence within 2 business days.

- Also serves as Defense Travel System Administrator/Debt Manager and Government Travel Card Coordinator.
- Serves as point of contact for the Permanent Change of Station (PCS) travel for the Command and create Civilian PCS orders as required for the USAG Garrison.

- Proficient in monitoring and oversight of on-line systems such as Installation Management Agency Online (IOL) manning and TDA modules; Force Management System Web Site (FM Web); Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution System (PPBES); Civilian Personnel Online (CPOL) and Management Internal Control Program and Garrison Training Tracker.
- Supervised and was responsible for directing the formulation, coordination and execution of operational, emergency and disaster plans and policies for the garrison.
