• Quality Assurance & Control:
  Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for electrical works.
  Ensure compliance with codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE, NFPA).
  Supervise and verify electrical installations, such as wiring, panels, transformers, lighting, grounding, motors, disconnects, and equipment.
• Inspections & Testing:
  Conduct or oversee inspections and testing of electrical materials and systems (e.g., insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, loop impedance tests).
  Approve electrical work at key stages—before, during, and after installation.
  Witness or review Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain detailed records of test results, non-conformities, corrective actions, and approvals.
  Prepare and review method statements, checklists, and inspection reports.
  Provide input during audits and generate final QC dossiers or turnover packages for clients.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
  Lead a team of QC inspectors or technicians.
  Coordinate with construction teams, project managers, and client representatives.
  Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress reviews, and quality audits.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
  Analyze recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
  Stay updated with regulatory changes and new technologies.
  Ensure contractor and subcontractor adherence to project and company quality policies

Responsible for ensuring that all life safety systems in a building or facility meet required codes, standards, and performance criteria. Life safety systems typically include fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, fire suppression systems, and other systems designed to protect lives during emergencies.

Focused on installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing residential and small business needs.

Ensure efficient and timely technical problem resolution by identifying an issue through communicating with the customer, testing the equipment, analyzing the issue, and troubleshooting.

Demonstrate a strong ability in effectively reading and interpreting customer service orders, repair tickets, technical (mechanical, electrical, digital) drawings, maps, blueprints, diagrams, etc.

Perform on-site installations by installing wires to panels and attach/detach various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, and poles.

Identify the total line quality to customers' facilities by analyzing and inspecting it.

Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects—ranging from commercial wiring installations, residential developments, to industrial or utility-scale systems.
