I've learned to become more vocal and team-oriented for group projects or personal growth. I joined a sorority which helped grow my social skills and want to get to know and talk to more people and overall push me out of my comfort zone. When I was working at the Roaring Fork Club had me out of my comfort zone because I had no social communication but I learned to talk with people and became very comfortable with it as well as talking to adults because of babysitting found that when working and communicating with co-workers I work better with them as a team making work easy. I love to be involved and be social which means going out, to school events or games to go support or hanging out with friends, or taking time to myself to do hobbies I enjoy and that help me grow. Team sports help me socialize and talk with people more as well as teach me everything I know about teamwork and how important it is.
