I have successfully memorized and prepared over 50+ drinks that are constantly changing and are customized to customers specific tastes where i would also grew to know my customers better and memorize their orders for a faster and more personal experience. I would leave customers with a satisfactory transaction that would help invite them to come back to our store personally.

I am trained to run a floor and a crew and I am a barista trainer that can help my crew flourish and become better partners for their current and future job. I manage at a high volume store and high volume transactions with a keen eye for accuracy. My job is also to make sure our store maintains a clean and safe environment for everyone that helps ensure a better work flow.

I also do my works inventory and its my job to make sure I order the correct amount of stuff my store needs to run smoothly without error as well.

I ensured a timely distribution of dozens of donuts and other baked goods at designated intervals.

I would maintain high quality standards for our pastries. My job would have me memorize 20+ recipes that would adapt to customers tastes and requests for custom desserts. Part of my job was also packaging and labeling items for a clear identification of the contents and allergen information.

Managed two combined stores simultaneously, decorated various desserts and chocolates and remembered upwards to 75 plus toppings. Implemented and enforced store COVID 19 protocols as well as marketed store offerings via social media. In addition, I handled inventory and purchasing for the stores. All while creating a safe and happy work environment between my crew and customers.

Took care of food prep as well as made the doughs for pizza or cookies. Took care of registers and opening/closing duties. Trained new members and helped supervise everyday tasks while keeping a clean and safe environment.

I organized merchandise and resolved any customer questions or issues as they arose. I also ran registers and encouraged item sales through talking to customers or through calls. The store is located in the mall so it was fast paced and required working during busy holidays such as Black Friday.
