- I started off in butter packaging, my job duties were to make sure all boxes were good, making sure they had no butter or grease on top or on the boxes, if something went wrong I would write it down on the chart what the problem was, whether it was a metal detector or start or stop production, or the down time I had. I learned to use a pallet jack, wrap machine, I sometimes had to troubleshoot if anything goes wrong. I also learned how to hook up the churn side for CIP. I got promoted to receiving after 8 months. I learned how to receive milk, CIP tanks, learned which silos to put the milk in, learned how to unload skim. Very detail oriented with my work, always make sure the area was clean at all times. Troubleshoot things as in if things weren't getting any flow check the air lines, or if a wash was not getting hot enough I knew it would be something with the steam.
