• Provide Supply Chain Materials Management support for all the Depot Repair & Overhaul shops
• RAA includes resource planning, provisioning, forecasting, and system/data integrity utilizing various Mesa site component management control systems such as Gold, Compass Contracts and MES
• Support contract proposals, execution performance, and load scheduling
• Shop load visibility and status across all customers
• Promote utilization of lean tools continually improving supply chain operations
• Ensure a safe and FOD free working environment
• Execute PC and planner activities within the DRO shop to support Domestic and International Apache Performance Based Logistic Customers (US Army and FMS allies)
• Ensure material and planning availability is aligned with the scheduled manpower to complete the teardown and the rebuild of the PBL parts
• Oversee and execute the detail part reuse cycle
• Tracking and prioritizing depopulated parts through work queues for reuse (LE, ME, offload, NDT) and facilitate Return to Vendor parts
• Induct, track and maintain customer jobs related to production, PBL and DRO utilizing programs such as Government Online Data (GOLD), Compass, Non Conformance Records (NCR), DROID, MES, Supplier Delivery Follow-Up (SDF) and Cognos
• Work closely with a planner to solve any material or planning issues
• Execute the releasing of New Build work orders to maintain work in the shop and to meet schedule
• Coordinate and try to minimize part shortage impacts with the planner

• Depot Repair and Overhaul Production Control/Coordinator for the Retrofit Kitting Team
• Assist with processing and movement of production and other materials into and out of storage, production and kitting room to support the flow of production following standard work instructions

• Post updates to automated systems (Compass, Callboard and MES) to ensure parts availability
• Properly identify problems or discrepancies with parts and materials
