Build trust and connect with families guiding them with family coaches . taking intakes uploading and connecting with families in person ,phone emails. AHCCSS , SNAP assisto r . Prepare families for success with First Things First Children's learning activities, Parent classes . Focusing in protective factors by strengthening families resilience .referring and connecting them with other community services when needed following up referrals by connecting with parents to make sure resources needed are met. Guiding them to advocate for themselves .Standards of Quality implementation support is provided by implementing programs that promote and take into consideration parents input. Suggesting activities that are presented in trimester slots to Parent Advisory committee partaking in decisions of programming and of events ,workshops , child interaction and support groups implemented through fiscal year. Participating in Family Resource Network meeting opens doors for referrals and connecting with other community agencies. Plan and execute learning activities weekly, Outreach to build connection with other community agencies that can bring extra support to families. Participate in events to bring awareness towards Family resource center and services offered, as bilingual there's ample opportunity to connect and build trust with vast groups of community members. Data is taken by surveys and feedback that are taken into consideration to improve and better services.
