- Support the Senior Inspection Integrity Engineer in delivery of BP inspection work scope as defined by the relevant equipment owners.
▪ Maintain close liaison with the Site personnel (OIM/OSM/MTL/SSL/STL/Planner) to ensure activities such as equipment scheduling, planning, availability etc. are implemented.
▪ Maintain regular contact with BP execution SPAs, planners, and schedulers to ensure sufficient level of supervision is achieved.
▪ Assist in the development of inspection programs (SOW). Where necessary input to detailed plans, programs, work scopes and carry out pre-surveys of equipment.
▪ Support to issue inspection reports (including interim ones as required) within the time period as stated in the procedure.
▪ Support to assess defects as found, ensuring use of the BP anomaly process e.g., Anomaly management guide.
▪ Create and update anomaly records in AAT tool. (BP anomaly tracking tool). Note: Anomaly records shall have maximum information to allow a quality assessment of the anomaly and have sufficient information for the execution teams to allow future planning of the repair activities.
▪ For findings, non-anomalies, work with ECOs to create necessary SAP Notifications/MOs and hand them over to the execution team with all relevant execution data (repair recommendation, extent of the finding: size, length, access to equipment, and drawings (GA, Isos) showing start and stop point for the repair).
▪ Update or provide information for the inspection database (IDMS) and maintenance management systems (SAP) with inspection activities as required
