Process Planning & Optimization
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.

• Draft welding procedures, heat treatment charts, and coating specs.

• Standard Compliance and Procedure Development within the requirements of API (American Petroleum Institute), ISO (International Organization for Standardization)
• Process Management : Oversee the manufacturing of the pipes.
• Supported development of quality assurance documentation for processes and procedures.
• Preparing production-related reports and presenting them to management.

• Assisted in design modifications using CAD software to enhance product functionality.
• Collaborated with senior engineers to conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Participated in testing and analysis of prototypes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Contributed to the development of technical documentation and reports for project evaluations.
