Responsible for all aspects of office management and employee relations. Accounting includes AR/AP, monthly and quarterly taxes plus payments. Internal accounting reviews and reports, invoicing, finance charges, credit memos, journal entries, printing checks, budget, account reconciliation and audit reports. Customer service includes answering phones, greeting customers, accepting payments, issuing receipts, scheduling appointments and job installations. Human resource duties consisted of payroll, administering benefits, recruiting, interviewing, performance reviews, drug testing, sick/vacation leave, accident investigation, workers compensation, time and expense reports, new hire packets, terminations and labor relations. Updated and maintained ROC licenses, DOT vehicle safety reports and OSHA compliance.
