- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned works at site
- Quantity Surveying, breakdown of materials requirements, following the procurement and delivery of the required materials with the concern section
- Prepare and submit the work permits in the PTW system as the planned schedule and attends the safety meeting with ADNOC safety team for jointly preparing the Task Risk Assessment for all the activities (TRA SHEETS)
- Supervise the pre-cast concrete works and ensure that the production and delivery of elements is as per the schedule
- Conduct on daily basis toolbox talk to the manpower under my responsibility (170 Persons)
- Ensure that the work is carried out at site as per the ADNOC safety rules and regulations
- Ensure that the manpower adhere strictly to ADNOC safety policy
- Prepare and obtain approval for the crane and lifting equipment’s activities lifting plans
