Work in line with shop to have work orders ready for production- including stamping, and making copies of work orders needed
Print tags and stickers per work order to facilitate identification of work produced
Line up work orders and set up production schedule for shop
Assist in new hire onboarding
Manage training program- including weekly trainer meetings for support and feedback
Have new hire 1 on 1 for training program for process improvement opportunities
Fill out production data daily for management meeting and absenteeism tracking
Verify safe start of shift checklists are turned in and filled out appropriately and submit any maintenance work orders as needed
