  • My personal award for me this year is that i have as of july 15 2025 have taught over 14 people how to cook something wether it be making their first steak or teaching them how to cook a salmon fillet for the first time and they ended up enjoying it. passing on knowledge is the only way to keep technique and tradition alive and im more than glad to do it.
