From an early age, I have strived for to make a name for myself. Being a immigrant from a third world country like Nepal, I knew I had to make a name for myself. As a kid I was bullied for my skin, ethnicity and religion. I never fitted in anyway, but that did not stop me, I worked twice as harder as anyone of my peer. From acing my elementary to middle school and performing a speech at my graduation to becoming a commanding officer of my NJROTC corps to gradating with a high GPA in my medical studies in bachelor of science to working since the age of 15 in a cashier position to healthcare, to I have never once gave up. I have never once let my skin color or religion be the reason to give up. I have never asked for opportunities, I only ask to be treated as equal as my peers. I like to faces challenges and overcome them in any given situation. I am a person who will never stop learning new things whether it a new biology fact or a news treading on twitter.
