  • Mr. King-Krueger started his work at Doordash working appeals, Escalations, Lateness and later on Never Delivered Disputes.
  • Within 6 months Mr. King-Krueger was honored as his high performance as well as the number of appeals we completed within a month.
  • Mr. King-Krueger was brought onto the Quality Assurance team within 6 months of his employment with doordash, cross training to grade other dashers within the Marketplace Quality team.
  • Blake was handed off a project to lead in overhauling all of marketplace qualities Resolution tags within Salesforce, this project was stalled for 6 months. Mr. King-Krueger took charge and was able to organize and complete the project within a month and a half.
  • Mr. King-Krueger has worked to reinvent Quality Assurances communications with the Agents they grade. helping the team to pivot away from an often unattended QA office hours and moving over to a form based question and assistance form.
  • Blake has been cross trained in IDV with the intent to assist in training upcoming hiring classes as well as take on grading Agents IDV cases on top of his usual workload
  • Mr. King-Krueger has regular meeting with his Direct SME and Team Lead on the internal dynamics of the team and to provide meaningful insight on their projects and daily work when requested.
  • Blake has stepped into a vocal leadership roll. Leading Marketplace Qualities daily huddles on Tuesday and is currently meeting with the current Huddle Leaders to see how they as a team can implement more MQ team wins into the said huddles.

  • Under his daily tasks, Mr. King-Krueger was trained to communicate for long periods of time with customers fulfilling their need for assistance in purchasing a vehicle, resolving customer complain calls for technical issues involving newly purchases vehicles, and working to deescalate and assist in unsafe issues involving customer vehicles breaking down in unsafe locations/conditions.
  • Blake managed visual merchandising, maintaining standards and elevating customer experience.
  • Mr King-Krueger assessed customer experience and implemented improvement processes and procedures.
  • Within his time at Carvana, Mr. King-Krueger was 1 of 9 individuals chosen for their numbers and communication skills to be trained within the Registration space to assist within Slack as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact)

  • Mr. King-Krueger helped to establish and open Medieval Times Scottsdale Location.
  • As a Light and Sound Technician, Blake was a part of a team in charge of a million dollars worth of high end electronic lighting, sound and atmospheric equipment.
  • Mr. King-Krueger started as a spotlight technician, being able to both follow the set pattern of the show as well as provide the high level of flexibility and adaptability that is required to work in a show with live animals.
  • within a month of employment, Mr. King-Krueger was cross trained to fully operate a strategic light board, the shows atmospheric fog system, the company full sound system consisting of 3 simulations sound boards and the companies full range of microphone equipment.
  • Mr. King-Krueger showed versatility in his role on many occasions, having to sprint across the building on multiple occasions to assist in the Technical Booth by taking over either the lighting or sound systems due to medical emergency's or troubleshooting technical issues on the fly.
  • Mr. King-Krueger would come in hours before performance or on drays without performances to perform maintenance on both the lighting sound and Fog systems as well as on the building itself.
  • Mr. King-Krueger cross trained into performing in the show often, working in 3 performances a day quickly and dynamically switching between his rolls.

Theatrical Performer

  • Shortly after being hired Blake was constrained to perform in the show in two separate rolls, The Lord Chancellor and the Master of Arms.
  • Mr. King-Krueger assisted with marketing efforts by promoting upcoming shows through social media press shoots and videos.
  • Blake Constantly Consulted with directors regarding changes in staging or character development.
  • Mr. King-Krueger went through rigorous Dressage Horse riding training to be show ready within a month and a half.
  • Due to the covid pandemic, Mr. King-Krueger went through multiple adaptations of the show, adapting to the changes immediately for actor and guest safety.
  • Mr. King-Krueger would often need to quickly switch between rolls within the Sound and light department, getting changed into costume immediately going into the next performance.
  • Blake would interact with guests during the pre and post-show, staying in character and communicating with excited and intoxicated individuals as well as hosting and announcing all knighting ceremonies.
