Event Preparation and Coordination:
Ensure catering is prepared according to the requirements of the event.
Oversee menu planning, food delivery, and proper setup of tables and decorations.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and manage catering staff, assign tasks, and maintain motivation during operations.
Train new employees and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

On-Site Supervision:
Ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service for guests.
Promptly resolve any issues to maintain guest satisfaction and experience.

Quality and Safety Compliance:
Ensure full adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor cleanliness and order throughout the event area.

Communication and Reporting:
Collaborate with event managers, sponsors, and other staff.
Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for future events.

Planning and Management of Food and Beverage Services:

• Plan and manage food and beverage services for events and projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure effective inventory management.
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

Staff Training and Leadership:

• Train, coordinate, and efficiently lead staff.
• Ensure participant satisfaction and enhance service quality.
• Oversee daily operations and prepare reports.

• Administration and Support of Windows Operating Systems:
  Manage and support Windows XP, 7, and 10 operating systems.
  Create user accounts for employees in international money transfer systems (e.g., Western Union, Zolotaya Korona, Contact).
  Set up user accounts for operators via the admin panel.
  Ensure installation of root and other certificates on Aladdin, Safenet, Jacarta, ACOS5 e-Tokens.
  Manage domain passwords in Active Directory, including password resets and recovery for various operations.
  Provide and monitor access cards for employees in the access control system.
  Monitor security cameras.
  Train employees in IT security.

• Inventory and Supplies Management:
  Manage inventory and supplies, place orders for food and beverage items as needed, and oversee waste disposal.
  Ensure high customer satisfaction through attentive service, handling complaints and feedback, and accommodating special requests.
  Collaborate with event planners and organizers to ensure food and beverage services are aligned with the event schedule.

Administration and Coordination:

• Manage and maintain the executives’ calendars.
• Oversee the department’s time and attendance system.
• Ensure efficient operation of the F&B administration office.
• Identify, resolve, or report malfunctions of office equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at event venues.
