• Leadership: Led and managed 40+ staff as the sole direct report to the Senior Pastor.
• Finance: Oversaw a $10M annual budget and managed a $5.2M capital campaign that finished early and exceeded its giving goal.
• Project Management: Oversaw $5M+ in capital improvements to modernize a historic church building while remaining fully operational.
• EOS Integrator: Introduced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) into the church context, resulting in unprecedented staff effectiveness and reducing the Senior Pastor’s weekly meeting time to under four hours.
• Staff Development: Spearheaded a focus on staff development, emphasizing that you can’t transfer what you don’t have. In one unannounced exercise, 32 of 33 staff members were able to share what they had studied in their Bible that day.

• Oversaw operations at the 4,000-person main campus, managing the facility and coordinating 250+ weekly volunteers..
• Served as Executive Pastor of the Everett Campus, growing attendance from 450 to 950 in 18 months with only three local staff..
• Renovated a 100-year-old National Guard Armory and converted it into a church.
