Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with rental inquiries, reservations, and returns.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customers understand rental agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, both in-person and over the phone.
2. Fleet Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the rental fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in safe and operational condition.
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for the fleet to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Monitor fleet utilization and availability to meet customer demand effectively.
3. Other Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of rental agreements and related documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
- Support the sales team by providing information about rental services and promoting additional products or services.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining the appearance of the rental office and lot.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
