  • In this role I was to begin paving the ground work for a new department within our company using a general outline of what other companies have done
  • I developed a tracker using Excel to record workflow, notes, call volume and revenue generated
  • It was up to me to determine the best way to communicate between technicians and sales reps that have been unsuccessful with a lead and revive the lead to generate revenue
  • I was successful in the role but decided, for my own interest, that in person interaction was better for me
  • I stayed in the role until someone was recruited to take over and transitioned back to the field
  • This position has now grown to 4+ inside sales reps and generating over 2 million in revived revenue annually

Accomplishments

I've been a top performer at every position I've worked at my current company for 10 years. Most recently I ended my sales year with the highest average ticket in a national contest between all HVAC partner firms. I had the pleasure of taking 4th place in a 3 month running contest amongst those companies last Summer ending with $917,000 in installed revenue. This is the second year of the contest and the second year I've placed top 5.
