- Qualified as both responder and control room supervisor, the AO fills these positions as required during periods of increased activity, during staffing shortfalls at the site, or at the direction of Security Team Manager.
- Serves as the first level of technology management support for the site Security team; including computer systems troubleshooting, recurring computer maintenance, software updates, hardware installation, maintenance escalation, and peer-to-peer collaboration to address program-wide improvements.
- Assigned overall responsibility for the training and certification of production and screening personnel on the datacenter Security team and maintain requisite documentation of training accomplished. In this endeavor, the AO makes use of the program’s existing training programs, and coordinates with the security vendor Training and Development Manager and the local supporting security vendor branches when required.
- Serves as the primary administrative assistant to the Security Team Manager. At the Security Team Manager direction, performs or helps to perform any function of the site Security team, including, but not limited to managing site shift schedules, inspecting site life safety equipment, assisting in the conduct of audits of the site access list in the access control program.
