Associate Advocate 2024

I began 2024 winning the Associate Advocate of the Quarter. I took my team to the next leval I had received one of the highest score for our associate engagement survey's at 98% from my department. I started managing this team in 2023 was able to implement the right policy changes and add structure and High expectations on the team, they responded very well. I Built an amazing team that till this day is very successful!  I'm very proud of that department and what I was able to accomplish in 1 short year !
