I worked on the ice rink side and on the bar and grill side. On the ice rink side, I did transactions with customers, gave them skates and equipment, went on the ice to ensure everyone's safety, cleaned and put everything away at the end of my shift. On the bar and grill side, I was a bar-back and sometimes a cook. I made sure all snacks, drinks, and food were filled, completed orders with customers, made non-alcoholics drinks, cooked food when needed, and assisted in cleaning at the end of the shift.

I worked with the other managers and lead the rest of the employees to ensure success throughout the shift. I made sure everything was filled, while also making food and desserts for the customers. Cleaned before, during, and after hours of operation. Balanced the registers after hours of operation. I managed employees to complete assigned tasks during their shift. I also trained new employees. I resolved conflict and complaints with customers.
