  • Executive Support & Strategic Leadership - Serve as the primary liaison between the Superintendent and the Governing Board, senior leaders, and community stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment.
  • Budget and Travel Processing - Managing 3 department budgets including requisitions and payment processing. Processing travel expenses and reimbursements for Superintendent, Associate Superintendent, Chief of Staff and Governing Board.
  • Board Governance & Compliance - Lead all aspects of Governing Board operations, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, packets, and minutes in strict adherence to open meeting laws. Facilitate efficient and lawful board meetings, including executive sessions, by coordinating logistics, using Board Software to run the meetings, and supporting technical aspects of the meeting.
  • Confidential Management - Manage highly confidential and politically sensitive information, including personnel actions, legal claims, and executive-level negotiations. Use independent judgment to triage issues, prioritize the Superintendent’s attention, and resolve conflicts.
