  • This includes Coke, Pepsi, produce, bread and all paper supplies
  • Fridays are also deep cleaning days
  • All chairs get wiped down and stacked
  • Tables are pulled out, swept around, and wiped down as well
  • All urns and coffee machines have a soaking solution that lasts all weekend
  • At the end of each day drawers are counted down and deposited in a safe.
