Carlos Soza

In my time at Copperstate Farms, I have been able to master skills in a variety of areas within the company. My on the job knowledge includes, but is not limited to, deleafing and trellising plants, stripping and cutting clones, maintenance of mother plants, checking water levels and content percentages, making fertilizer mixes, checking for pests, mold and water levels, and green house drenching. I will be able to use all of these skills in a supervisor position within the company.
