Project: Lucid Motors Beta Battery Assembly and Beta Motor Assembly (COMAU, Current).

• Designed PLC, safety and standard, and HMI to comply with Lucid requirements for both, assembly of battery modules and motor rotors.
• In charge of debug for beta battery assembly stations and dry cycle runs for COMAU's internal buy off.
• In charge of power on and debug in Lucid installations for correct assembly of Battery modules.

Project: Tesla Model 3 BIW (Controls & Robotics Tech)

• Lead and main point of contact for Tesla Project Manager Jesus Ortiz, organize team to accomplish all requests from client.
• Responsible of cycle time improvements and debugging of lines for smoother performance in different subassembly lines for Underbody. Reduced cycle time by 5 seconds on indicated areas.
• Worked with improvements for Availability of Underbody lines.
• Fixed issues with nuisance faults on Ignition software and set up better view for easier troubleshooting for maintenance.

Project: Jeep Wrangler (COMAU)

• Night shift lead for controls group.
• Responsible of debugging logic and cycle time improvements for lines on Step 7 (Siemens).
• Production support and training for maintenance team for them to be able to recognize origin of any fault for troubleshooting on PLC code.
• Responsible of reports to day shift for major issues, nuisance faults and activities performed.

Project: Tesla Model 3 GA (DURR)

• Responsible of commissioning lifter tables and safety light screens.
• Responsible for correct setup, as outlined by electrical diagrams, of PROFINET network between Siemens TIA Portal V14 PLCs.}

Project: Tesla Model 3 BIW (COMAU)

• Responsible of commissioning for Allen Bradley PLCs in Front Rail Subassembly line.
• Worked with robot programmers to set sequences and safety zones.
• Dry cycle and slow build initial tests.

• Designed electrical and pneumatic diagrams in EPLAN P8 for four different projects that involved non-destructive hardness test for quality of materials with Eddy current devices.
• Programmed PLCs and HMIs in TIA Portal V13 (Siemens) in accordance with requirements stipulated by client for each project.
• Responsible of training and management of two interns for 6 months.
