Carolina Santos

Carolina Santos is a first-generation college student with a strong interest in pharmacy. She completed a two-year pharmacy class in high school, giving her a solid foundation in the field. Carolina also gained proficient skills in various Microsoft programs through a three-year course during her high school years. She started her academic journey at Pima Community College, where she successfully completed basic courses and earned an associate's degree in liberal arts. Currently enrolled at the University of Arizona since spring 2023, Carolina is pursuing a major in public health with a focus on environmental health and occupational safety. In spring 2025, she decided to add biochemistry as her minor to support her aspiration of applying for medical school after graduating from the U of A. Throughout her time at the university, Carolina has developed excellent teamwork skills, although she acknowledges that public speaking is an area for improvement. However, she compensates for this by dedicating herself wholeheartedly to projects and assigned tasks.
