• Selected Transaction Experience: 2022-2024 - 20 transactions for $632 MM in Debt Financing for multi-family and industrial

• Involved in financing and capital markets for commercial real estate transactions, including initial due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling for various loan scenarios; preparation of loan request presentations and pitchbooks; collection of loan quotes and structures; negotiation of loan terms; and loan closing.
• Responsible for performing annual loan servicing on the $250 MM portfolio and market research for lenders
• Lead underwriter for 77 transactions totaling $774.5 MM covering office, retail, industrial, multi-family, medical office, self-storage, and senior living.

• Led the analysis for all aspects of financing and capital markets for commercial real estate transactions, including initial due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling of various loan scenarios; preparation of loan request presentations and pitchbooks; collection of loan quotes and structures; negotiation of loan terms; and loan closing
• Responsible for supporting the loan production staff, loan portfolio servicing, market research, and other functions. Trained and mentored analysts while performing my analyst duties.

• Led the companies origination arm for SBA lending and implemented business strategies to increase commercial lending revenue by 100%
• Educated and created education material for the residential loan officers of the company to understand the SBA lending programs. Created and implemented underwriting procedures and strategies to accurately and efficiently process loan applications.
