I have had the privilege of being a bedside hospital RN for 27 years, providing care to all ages from Neonatal ICU to Adult Medical/Surgical. I have worked at nine hospitals in four states throughout my career. Passionate about facilitating holistic health care at all stages of life and flexible to adapt to change.

Contributed to different units by performing charge nurse duties, including patient placement, nurse assignments and resource to staff. Also have experience as assistant nurse manager, overseeing daily operations.

Served as a preceptor to nursing students and new employees, providing experience and guidance to foster professional growth.
